The process of creating simulator parts can be complex, from acquisition of original parts through the finishing touches there are many processes and skills involved. Some of the processes we can offer to others to complete their projects are:
Custom machine work – Our tooling includes a 8″x36″ knee mill with DRO and CNC capabilities, several size lathes, a Sherline CNC micro mill.
3D Printing – We have a custom built single extruder printer with a build area of 500mm x 500mm x 300mm.
Laser Cutting – Currently we have a 500mm x 300mm CO2 laser cutter that is in regular use
Electroplating – In order to provide metal finishes for our sim products we can electroplate in 24K yellow gold, Silver, Tin, and Nickle.
Enameling – Small part enamel work is possible in our computer controlled electric kiln over copper and silver.
